Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Manchester United as the team played 1-1 with Rayo Vallecano at Old Trafford.
Ronaldo who was absent from his tour to Thailand and Australia because of an issue with his family, was the first player to start the game, but was replaced after 45 minutes.

Both Martinez and Eriksen were withdrawn in the second half before Ten Hag made his debut to 17-year-old midfielder Isak Hansen in the closing minutes.
