New York Mayor Says the US is currently in an Recession.
Eric Adams has countered Biden's assertion saying that it was the United States was doing fine and that the country was in recession and "wall street is falling down."
As per Mayor Adams, the country's finances are in a state that is beyond "imagined."
In his own words, "we are in a financial crisis you never imagine. Wall Street is collapsing and we are experiencing the midst of a recession."
We're going through challenging economic times, however we'll get through it because I believe in the president. Adam said.
President Joe Biden isn't convinced that the United States is in a recession.
In a series of public statements in the past, he'd claimed the economy was doing well.
